After 20 years of development and 6 months in beta testing, we are excited to finally announce that ReefLifeEliteR PinkUpTM is now available! Contains 6 species of Coralline Algae (pink, creamy light pink, fuschia, hot pink, lavender, and magenta). Our pink coralline algae species do slightly shift colors depending on their environment especially with differences in lighting, Alkalinity, and magnesium levels but these species of coralline will generally stay within these different shades of pink.
Why wait 6 months to a year for coralline to show up when you can seed your tank now with multiple hardy and colorful strains of Coralline Algae.
ReefLifeEliteR PinkUpTM is the only product developed in a laboratory that contains actual live algae spores.
ReefLifeEliteR PinkUpTM does contain coralline algae spore. High phosphate and nitrate levels inhibit the growth of coralline algae (and corals) and favors the growth of nuisance algaes. Check phosphate and nitrate levels and use ReefLifeEliteR BioPelletsTM to lower phosphate and nitrate levels if necessary. Control carbonate hardness levels should be maintained at 7-11 odKH by use ReefLifeEliteR KH+AlkalinityTM Keep pH in the range of 8.0 to 8.4 by use PetLifeEliteR pHUpTM or ReefLifeEliteR Dosing B+BufferTM Light spectrum in the range of 5500�K or higher favors the growth of coralline algae. Grazing animals such as snails, tangs, and reef friendly hermit crabs encourage coralline algae by consuming competing fast growing nuisance algaes. Coralline algaes have a life cycle that determines the speed of formation of new colonies. Different species of coralline algaes may grow at different rates. It is not unusual to take several months for pink coralline algaes to reach rapid growth rates.

| Directions : |
| Mix 2 spoons with 1 gallon (4 liters) of fresh water (RO/DI) in a separate container. Stir well and allow to settle. Replace the evaporated water with this solution, gradually adding the clear solution using a dosing pump or drip system. This should be done at night to prevent pH spikes due to its high alkalinity. Repeat this regularly, replacing the lost water as needed. |
