Silicate (a metalloid) is also efficiently removed. PetLifeEliteR GFO GranularFerricOxideTM can also remove a number of transition metals (such as zinc, copper, manganese, etc.) Freshwater & Saltwater suitable. |

| Directions : | |
| Rinse with warm water to flow through (do not rub together) before use. Canister filtration : Load GFO into filter cartridge as directed by filter manufacturer. Passive filtration : Place GFO loosely in an 500um mesh filter bag (PetLifeEliteR MediaBagTM Free!!!!) and locate in an area of pump. Fluidised reactor filtration : Load GFO into fluidised reactor as directed, adjust maximum flow rate by the GFO floating at 3/4 of chamber. The first used can treat up to 1-2 months. The second used can treat up to 3-4 months. After that can treat up to 6 months. |
